Property manager Quares has taken over the management of the Brikz office building in Mechelen. This modern office building is located at Hendrik Consciencestraat 40-42 and is known for its innovative design and wide range of business facilities. The building has a total gross floor area of 2,966 m² and accommodates several companies, including IT company Rydoo and the childcare centre ’t Stationneke.

On 24 May 2023, the official opening of the brand-new Quartier Enée retail park took place in Gembloux. The project was developed by Mitiska REIM. The ribbon was cut at 8:15 a.m. by Mayor Benoît Dispa, after which the shops gradually opened their doors. The festive opening, engaging entertainment and favourable weather conditions attracted a large number of visitors.
