Quares appointed as property manager of the Makado shopping centre in Beek

Quares’ Dutch property management team started the commercial, technical and financial management of the Makado shopping centre in Q3 2023. This major assignment was awarded following a thorough tender procedure, based on our proven track record, personal approach and high-quality service delivery.

As part of the management mandate, owners Mitiska REIM and 3W Real Estate have appointed Quares as their partner to execute the strategic vision they share for Makado. In the coming period, we will focus on the onboarding phase and proactively advise on further improvements to the centre, particularly in terms of retail offering, customer experience and sustainability.
