Quares secures a property management mandate for Weerts Logistic Park XII

Quares is pleased to announce that it has secured the property management mandate for Weerts Logistic Park XII. Quares will be responsible for the day-to-day management of this impressive logistics hub located at Rue de Mercure 3 in La Louvière. The mandate covers a total area of 55,000 m² of warehouses and 1,000 m² of office space, making it one of the most promising logistics centres in the region.

Quares signs the Green Deal for nature-inclusive car parks

Quares has signed the Green Deal for Nature-Inclusive Car Parks, together with 53 other participating public and private organisations. This initiative, led by Flemish Minister of Justice and Enforcement, Environment, Energy and Tourism Zuhal Demir, in collaboration with Natuurbuur and Natuurpro, aims to integrate more nature into as many existing and future car parks as possible across Flanders. Both small and large car parks, as well as public and private sites, are eligible to participate.

This modern office building is located at Hendrik Consciencestraat 40-42 and is known for its innovative design and wide range of business facilities. The building has a total gross floor area of 2,966 m² and accommodates several companies, including IT company Rydoo and the childcare centre ’t Stationneke.
