Quares secures a property management mandate for Weerts Logistic Park XII

Quares is pleased to announce that it has secured the property management mandate for Weerts Logistic Park XII. Quares will be responsible for the day-to-day management of this impressive logistics hub located at Rue de Mercure 3 in La Louvière. The mandate covers a total area of 55,000 m² of warehouses and 1,000 m² of office space, making it one of the most promising logistics centres in the region.
