Quares secures a property management mandate for Park Hill in Machelen

Quares is proud to announce that it has secured a new property management mandate for the Park Hill site (Jan Emiel Mommaertslaan site) in Machelen. The owner, License to Construct, recently acquired the buildings from Cofinimmo.

Scope of the mandate

The property management mandate covers the day-to-day management of the office site. Quares will be responsible for the full management of the property, including optimising daily operations, facilities management, maintenance coordination and ensuring an optimal working environment. With 16,000 m² of office space and 400 parking spaces, the site is set to offer a dynamic and well-organised workplace.
