Emeria, a European leader in property management, takes a significant step in its growth strategy in the Benelux by becoming a shareholder of Quares Property Services and Quares Immo Services, two major players in the Belgian real estate services market.

This strategic partnership allows Emeria and Quares to strengthen their position in the Belgian property management market, making them the second-largest player in the sector, managing over 4 million m² of real estate. Together, they commit to delivering innovative and sustainable services while continuing their development nationally and internationally.

Founded 18 years ago by Herman Du Bois and Freddy Hoorens, Quares has established itself as a recognized leader in property management and advisory services in the Benelux. With a dedicated team of 80 employees, the company currently manages 2.8 million m² of real estate.
