The first Monoprix in Belgium… managed by Esset!

The first Monoprix in Belgium opened its doors on Thursday 28 March at Centre 115 in Waterloo.

Esset is delighted to have assisted Monoprix in the establishment of its first store in Belgium at Centre 115 in Waterloo, a retail park which is also managed by Esset Property Management!

This new store, with a surface of 1.336 m² is the perfect addition to the existing offer of Centre 115, already including well-known brands such as H&M, Zara, Zara Kids, Damart and Women’secret.

This first store has created more than a dozen jobs and will pave the way for the arrival of other Monoprix shops in Belgium.

Esset Property Management has been fully managing Centre 115 for the past five years, covering both the retail and residential sectors. In recent months, Esset Property Management has also been involved in digitalising and revitalising the site, completely revamping the visual identity and organising various events.
