Transformation of the White Atrium: a metamorphosis for the benefit of tenants
At Esset Property Management, we are always keen to meet the needs of our tenants by offering modern, secure and appropriate solutions. Today, we are presenting a major transformation at the White Atrium in Brussels, a building we have been managing since 2016.
A car park transformed into a multifunctional space
As part of a lease renewal, Esset undertook a 400 m² renovation of the car park. Under the supervision of Nathan Moulettes, Project Manager at Esset, this space was completely refurbished to accommodate :
- Secure cycle parking, in response to the growing demand for facilities for cyclists.
- Showers and changing rooms for men and women, to improve the comfort of tenants.
The works took place between January and July 2024, with particular attention paid to every technical detail.
A technical challenge brilliantly met
Nathan Moulettes explains:
« The biggest challenge of this project was starting from scratch. Transforming an empty car park into a multifunctional space involved a number of technical constraints. We had to manage the inflow and outflow of water, as well as providing optimized air renewal flux. Every detail had to be meticulously planned and executed to meet the needs of our tenants and enhance comfort and safety. »
Thanks to thorough planning and flawless execution, the newly transformed space now offers a modern, practical environment tailored to its users’ expectations.
