Quares Property Services has once again confirmed its position as a leading management partner in the real estate sector. The collaboration with Triginta, located at Ottergemsesteenweg Zuid 713 in Ghent, adds a series of prestigious buildings to Quares’ management portfolio. The assignment includes both commercial and residential properties with a total surface area exceeding 30,000 m², spread across multiple locations in Flanders.
A diverse range of properties under professional management
Quares Property Services is responsible for the full management of the following sites:
- Eandistip in Mechelen
This large-scale building, with a surface area of more than 16,000 m², accommodates various functions and tenants, including offices and commercial spaces. Quares provides comprehensive management services here, ranging from operational maintenance to coordinating the needs of key tenants such as Indigo, Voka and Delhaize. - Wivinaklooster in Dilbeek
For this 3,481 m² site, Quares provides a 24/7 helpdesk, rapid interventions and vacancy management. - Huis van Oombergen in Ghent
With a surface area of 1,750 m², this building benefits from the same 24/7 helpdesk and intervention services. - Chapel of the Military Hospital in Antwerp
This iconic 1,200 m² property is not only technically managed, but Quares also acts as a “tenant guardian.” This includes quarterly meetings, close collaboration with tenants and an active role within the general assembly of co-owners. - Privilege in Ghent
This site of nearly 3,000 m² is professionally managed, with a strong focus on technical support and tenant assistance. Particular attention is given to the operation of the residential care center. - Centrum II in Merelbeke
The management of this 6,792 m² site includes technical support and interventions, as well as partial residential management pending future redevelopment.
