Logicor appoints Quares as property manager for its entire Dutch real estate portfolio
As of 1 July, Logicor, a leading developer, owner and manager of logistics real estate, has appointed Quares as its new property manager.
From 1 July onwards, Quares will be responsible for the technical and financial management of Logicor’s entire Dutch portfolio, representing a total surface area of nearly 600,000 m². This portfolio includes a wide range of logistics properties, from large-scale warehouses such as those in Roosendaal to last-mile concepts in Almere.
