International real estate investor Realterm selects Quares to manage its last-mile real estate portfolio

Our property management teams in the Netherlands and Belgium have been appointed to provide long-term property management services for Realterm’s last-mile portfolio. In total, the portfolio consists of 10 assets, located in the Netherlands (8 buildings totalling over 56,000 m²) and Belgium (2 buildings totalling over 25,000 m²).
As always, Quares will begin by completing the full technical building documentation to ensure robust and professional property management. Several major projects related to long-term maintenance will also be initiated immediately.
