New Project Completed for Esset Property Management!
At Esset Property Management, we recently achieved an important milestone in property project management with the completion of the first phase of an ambitious project in Kontich, on Prins Boudewijnlaan. 3,500 m² of Car Parks and Roads in Just Four Days
This project put our team’s ability to manage an intensive schedule and rapid start-up to the test. In collaboration with contractor Beylemans Wegenbouw, we transformed the layout of the area in only four days, adding over 3,500 m² of new car parks and roads to provide a modern and functional space for users.
Despite the tight schedule, this project is a testament to the excellent coordination between all parties involved: owners, tenants, and technical teams. Smooth communication and teamwork ensured a flawless execution. Special thanks go to the tenants for their flexibility and to the owners for their cooperation, both of which were essential to this success.
