From White Atrium to Tweed: Esset’s Commitment to Delivering Excellence for a Key Client

We’re thrilled to share with you the details of our latest project, where Nathan Moulettes, our Project Manager, led the complete office fit-out for one of our valued clients , now based in the prestigious Tweed building at Rue aux Laines 68, Brussels.

The Tweed, a state-of-the-art building completed in 2021, stands proudly opposite the Palace of Justice. It’s not just a beautiful space, but also a technical and ecological benchmark, boasting the coveted BREEAM “Excellent” certification.

Through hard work and good coordination, Nathan transformed a 850 m² area into a high-end office designed for flexibility, functionality, and innovation. This project features cutting-edge technologies such as switchable glass partitions and an advanced security system.

A key challenge was merging stylish, welcoming client-facing areas with dynamic, adaptable workspaces for the team. Nathan skillfully delivered on all fronts, despite the pressure of a tight deadline, ensuring every detail aligned with the client’s high standards.

This successful delivery was also possible thanks to the proactive efforts of Quentin Chambaud and Manon Cremer, who sourced the perfect spot, meeting all the client’s strategic needs.

Their commitment ensured a smooth transition into this prime location, setting the stage for the tenant’s future success !
