Dynamizing the work environment: a look back at the foodtruck initiative in Gosselies!
On November 7, our Head of Residential PM & Co-ownership, Marc Renard, and his team responded to a direct request from tenants at the Aéropole Business Park in Charleroi, who wanted a nearby catering service due to the limited options in the area.
A successful collaboration with the owner
In collaboration with the landlord, Marc coordinated the arrival of the FriendZone restaurant foodtruck—Phoebe’s iconic taxi — to provide a gourmet lunch break directly at the workplace. To ensure a smooth service, the Esset team anticipated logistical needs, including the installation of external power outlets, allowing the foodtruck to operate perfectly on site.
An enthusiastic welcome and a bright future
The feedback from tenants was extremely positive! They enjoyed having burgers and fries just steps away from their office. Given this enthusiasm, Esset is already considering the possibility of repeating this experience in the future.
The Aéropole Business Park: a privileged working space
This business park on rue Santos Dumont offers ±6.500 m² of office space, with 165 parking spaces at the foot of the building. It has been managed by Esset’s Property Management team for over 15 years.
