New mandate : ACP Un Quartier Enée
Esset is pleased to inform you of a new mandate!
We would like to thank the ACP “un Quartier Enée” located in Gembloux for its confidence. We also thank LCV Real Estate and Trevi Tessier for their collaboration.
The complex is part of a large-scale development project with a certain mix of activities including leisure activities, commercial and catering areas as well as a business park for SMEs and offices.
Delivery is scheduled for the first half of 2023!
The SME Park, registered under the co-ownership system, consists of 3 buildings with parking spaces around and adjacent to the buildings, a roadway and green spaces with a pond.
