Esset–Quares Property Management continues to strengthen its organization and expertise with the arrival of new key profiles within its management and portfolio management teams.

We are pleased to welcome Filip Schlup, who joins Esset–Quares as Chief Operating Officer (COO). His appointment represents an important milestone in the group’s operational structuring and in the management of its activities across the Benelux.

At the same time, Anne-Sophie van Leemputten and Thomas Bogaert are joining the teams as Portfolio Managers, further enhancing our ability to support clients in the strategic and operational management of their real estate portfolios.
